Been charged yet unable to access the credits I have purchased or the background report I have paid for. Confusing site. I want my money back

just spent 34 pound odd on trying to find info out. after using my 6 credits in about a minute only to find out stuff i already knew, (all readilly available online for free.) Couldn't go back and acess any info after looking at it so paid for a report (another 17.99) only to get very basic info. All in all feel like i have been properly rodgered and will not be using this service again. Would definitely not recommend anyone using this service.

I signed up to try and connect with someone and due to my own error and stupidity I had to speak to customer services and dealt with Laura who was absolutely amazing!! My e mail was not only replied to within the hour but my error was put right with no issues at all.... fantastic service thank you

I had a problem using the web site, but when I rang someone answered almost immediately, and the refund came through almost before I ended the call! Why is everyone so angry all the time? Nothing is perfect, disappointment is often the result of misplaced expectations.Jef

My comments are confined to the process of claiming an existing business entry. I haven't used the 192.com service itself. I found the support team to be extremely responsive and were able to fully resolve my request within half a day.

Does NOT help me search for a person !!!!I know the address, and the postcode, but I want to know the name of the householder to send a personal letter.Your site, as well as others I have tried, take the money and do not deliver!Thankfully you refunded my money since I could not do what you claim is possible------- SEARCH FOR A PERSON !!The website ASKS for the name of the person, but that is what I am trying to find out !Tearing my hair out here !

This site is a complete waste of money. Do not waste your time with it. It's a scam. Paid £18 for a report and all fields were blank with 0 details. Contacted customer service and refused a refund. I will never use this site again and I encourage others not to be fooled! X
